Preferred Partners Real Estate was established in 2019 by its founders, Brad Beeter and Mike Pellenwessel, who offer a combined 60 plus years of experience. They recognized a need to design a real estate company that will provide Minot, and other North Dakota communities, a high-level client driven organization, offering a fully dedicated and well-trained team of real estate team agents who are equipped with technical real estate skills necessary to navigate the residential, commercial, agricultural and investment market. In 2023 Preferred Partners Real Estate expanded into the Bottineau County market. Preferred Partners Real Estate is a stellar team of agents with extensive experience in negotiation, marketing, listing and selling strategies.
