I was born and raised in Minot so I have “been around the blocks” in Minot, lol. My husband Mark and I raised our five sons, yes five, in Minot as we enjoyed our time growing up here, so why not do the same for our family, right?

My dad built homes, so my interest in housing was piqued at an early age. One of my jobs as a kid was picking up nails, I didn’t love that job, but I like to think it was a precursor to my love of homes in general. Becoming a realtor in 2008 was a super exciting time for me as now I could look at all the homes on the market, and finally find that perfect home for my clients! What a win-win!

I enjoy looking at all the different types of homes available, and try not to miss touring the Parade of Homes in larger towns in North Dakota to see what they are building, and the new innovations they are incorporating in their construction. Our boys remember from an early age what “tour of homes” meant.

The most important aspect for me as a realtor is really getting to know my clients. I take what happens in the home buying and selling process personally, so I want the absolute best for my clients-turned-friends in the process. My Christmas card list grows every year and I love it!

My name is Holly Bartsch and I was born and raised in Minot. I have worked sales jobs and office jobs most of my adult life. The last 9 years I had worked in the office of a real estate company, which brought me to go out and obtain my real estate license. I have always loved working with people and find the real estate industry is where I belong.  I have joined Preferred Partners Real Estate to help people, whether it is buying or selling, have the best high-end customer service.

I am Brad Beeter. I was born in Minot, went to school in Sawyer, and have lived in Minot since 1989. I am married with 3 daughters. I was born and raised on a farm NW of Minot. I attended school  and graduated from Lansford and I  have an MBA from the U of Mary. For several years I worked in retail management & human resources management. In 2021 I obtained my real estate license and have truly enjoyed all of the people I have met & new friendships I have made. I have lived in the Minot area most of my life. I now have a beautiful family that consists of my fiancée Christina, and our baby boy who joined us in January of 2020. We recently purchased a home of our own, and are enjoying our new place in an excellent Minot, ND neighborhood.

I was a physical education teacher for 7 years and a coach as well. I am excited to branch out and explore this career opportunity in the real estate business. I attained my realtor certification in the spring of 2021, and am excited about being able to join the great team here at Preferred Partners. I was born and raised in Bottineau, ND and spent my summers at Lake Metigoshe. I was born in Minot and raised on a farm nearby.  I went to school and graduated from Des Lacs-Burlington High School then I went to Minot State University and graduated with a Criminal Justice degree, and ended up opening a retail store from scratch and built it up for over 20 very successful years. My husband was also born and raised in Minot.  We live just outside of town on a 5-acre hobby farm with horses, chickens, dogs and cats.  We have 5 kids and one grandbaby.  I have been doing Real Estate since 2011. North Dakota has always been my home. I was born in Plaza. At the age of five, my family moved to Minot where I attended Des Lacs - Burlington school until I graduated in 2008. In 2011, I received my cosmetology license and have prided myself in constantly growing with the industry. I now also manage a locally owned salon, SOS Image. I was lucky enough to marry a Surrey-native in 2017. We have been together since 2011 and welcomed a perfect little boy in 2019. To say we are proud parents is an understatement. 

As the daughter of a local drywaller, I have been blessed with the perception of appreciating a building’s individuality and its potential. My mother shared her love of country-living with me and has been a heavy influence on my appreciation for the rolling plains of North Dakota. I have been privy to witnessing, and participating in, new construction, as well as remodels. Both instances always pull my mind towards what place it will hold someone’s life and heart. 

Being a stylist, I have had the honor of seeing and participating in many steppingstones of life, from first loves all the way to sixtieth anniversaries. I've been living in Minot since 2011, but my heart already belongs to this city. I was born and raised in Russia, where I got my first experience in selling real estate. It so happened that I fell in love with a Minot guy, then married him and now I can say that this city is the place I call home. I have a wonderful husband, who I have been happily married for 35 yrs, We have 2 beautiful grown children that are happily married, and 4 beautiful grand children and 4 furry friends.

We have always lived in Minot, ND. Did I mention that I love my job?
